Melt the chocolate at approximately 45°C using a microwave or double boiler. No tempering is required. Use the melted chocolate directly in your recipes. For coating, apply the melted compound and allow it to cool for a smooth and glossy finish. It can also be used for making chocolate shavings to decorate cakes and pastries.
Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
Best before 12 months from the date of manufacture.
Due to changing weather conditions, chocolate slabs may melt during transit. If the product is received melted, please refrigerate until it becomes solid and allow it to set before opening and use.
