Melt the chocolate at approximately 45°C using a microwave or double boiler. No tempering is required. Use the melted chocolate directly for your preparations. For coating, apply the melted chocolate and allow it to cool for a smooth and glossy finish. It can also be used to create chocolate shavings for decorating cakes and pastries.
Store in a cool, dry and hygienic place away from direct sunlight and strong odours.
