This flavour has the same composition as the mixed spice plum cake with additional notes of rum flavour. The Premium Range of Oil Soluble Flavours are designed and developed to give a flavour profile, which is similar to the actual product. These are even higher in concentration than the Oil Soluble Flavours and have a longer shelf life of 2 years. They have a superior solvent system, which ensures better disposal, and higher heat stability. They can be used in cakes, confectionery, chocolates,, desserts, ice creams, shakes, breads and a variety of baked and non baked goods.
